Our company, born in 1976, is located just a little more than 1 km from the center of S. Polo d'Enza, immersed in the exceptionally green Enza Valley, in the middle of the beautiful Terre Matildiche.
Since 1990 our main activity was the seasoning of ham for companies and private individuals.
Later on, we decided to start a new adventure with a higher quality product: the CULATELLO with PORK RIND. In this way our production increased reaching 15 / 20.000 pieces a year.
The working process is totally artisan because it cannot be industrialized or standardized.
At the same time, we have buy high tech machines to guarantee the preservation of the product during the working process.
